Registration begins promptly at 5 pm. Clinics will be held at 1601 Madison SE, Grand Rapids. Male pick up at 10pm sharp the night of surgery and female pick up at 9 am sharp the following morning.
Cats must arrive HEALTHY in separate, SECURE carriers.
Please place a clean towel in the carrier.
Patients must be fasted (no food or drink) from 8am for adults and noon for kittens 6 months and younger on the day of surgery.
Kittens must weigh a minimum of 2 pounds.

Other services available at a nominal charge payable at registration: General Dewormer $5.00, Pain Control Injection, Rabies Vaccination, Distemper Combo Vaccination and Ear Mite Treatment $10.00 each, Fecal Parasite Test $15.00, AVID Mircochip $20.00 and Felv/FIV Test $25.00.
