Registration from 5 to 7 pm at 1601 Madison SE, near the
intersection of Crofton and Madison with male pick up at 10pm and female pick up at 8am sharp the following morning.
Cats must arrive HEALTHY in separate, SECURE carriers.
Please place a clean towel in the carrier.
Patients must be fasted (no food or drink) from 8am for adults and noon for kittens 6 months and younger on the day of surgery.
Kittens must weigh a minimum of 2 pounds.

Other services available at a nominal charge payable at registration: General Dewormer $5.00, Pain Control Injection, Rabies Vaccination, Distemper Combo Vaccination and Ear Mite Treatment $10.00 each, Fecal Parasite Test $15.00, AVID Mircochip $20.00 and Felv/FIV Test $25.00.
