Our goal at Spay Neuter Express is to provide an accessible veterinary service for you and your pet in Lowell, Grand Rapids, Greenville, Alma, Belding, Perry, Flint, Portland and Midland. We want you to have access to a quality veterinarian in order to make routine veterinary treatment convenient and hassle-free. Our mobile veterinarian service strives to make pet healthcare easy for you and your pets by offering necessary services at a nearby location. New patients can use this part of our site to find out about the services offered by our mobile vet. We want your experience with us meet or exceed what you might expect from a traditional animal hospital or veterinarian.
We arrive at our location of the day early so that our staff is set up and ready to go when you and your pet arrive. Our set up procedures include checking our supplies to ensure that our veterinarian has everything he needs and that our mobile vet facility is prepared for our first pet patient. Next, we have a registration process, where we get every patient checked in and ready to go. Our goal, no matter where we are, is to provide you and your pet with unmatched high quality service and friendly care. We know that our mobile veterinarian services will be an experience that will have you feeling relaxed and stress-free, and that's the point!
Animals that are staying for surgery will need to check in between 9 & 10 am. Vaccinations are done on a first come, first serve basis between 10 & 11 am. Patients go home the same day and a discharge time will be given at the time of registration.
Our goal at Spay Neuter Express is to make veterinary care affordable, convenient, and a smooth process for you. In this sense, we want to make the registration process and what is expected of you simple and easy. On our website, we have provided patient forms that can be downloaded and completed prior to the spay or neuter procedure or other appointment.
Additionally, we are able to help you schedule vaccinations and shots, and we'll send out reminders for vet visits. It is important to understand that payments are required when services are rendered, which helps us to keep our costs down while still providing high quality care. Our mobile vet will accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and cash. We also provide information and links to pet insurance. Pet insurance is a good way for pet owners to ensure that whenever unexpected veterinary procedures are needed, owners are prepared to handle them.
We invite you to schedule an appointment today, either through the website here or by giving us a call at (616) 897-8865.
